Job Description

Join our team as a Registered Nurse for Outpatient Dialysis. This position involves providing care for chronic renal patients, with a focus on high-quality dialysis treatments. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, administering treatment, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Flexibility is essential as you may float between locations in St. Albans and Berlin when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for chronic renal patients undergoing outpatient dialysis.
• Assess patient conditions and monitor vital signs.
• Administer dialysis treatments in compliance with protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care.
• Document patient information accurately in the EPIC system.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• At least 1 year of outpatient dialysis experience is required.
• Prior travel experience preferred.

Certifications / Licensure

• AHA BLS certification is required.
• An active Vermont RN license is mandatory.
• EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is non-negotiable.
