Job Description
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses with a background in Emergency Room or Critical Care for a contract position in a high-volume community hospital setting. The daily census averages 380 patients, with a total of 600 beds. Candidates should have experience with bed planning and patient placement.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in high acuity settings.
- Manage patient flow and bed planning processes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Emergency Room or Critical Care nursing.
- Previous charge experience preferred.
Certifications / Licensure
- Active New Jersey state RN license required.
- Experience with the Epic charting system preferred.
