Schedule/Shift

Monday to Wednesday 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM and Thursday to Friday 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM.

Job Description

As a Registered Nurse in the Ambulatory Care Clinic, you will provide care in flu pods and may be required to travel between campuses and offsite locations. The role focuses on patient assessment, education, and administration of vaccinations, ensuring a high standard of care is maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in flu pods.
• Administer flu vaccinations in accordance with established protocols.
• Assess patient conditions and provide education regarding flu prevention.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
• Document care provided using the EPIC charting system.

Required Experience

• NYS nursing license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in outpatient or ambulatory care settings preferred.

Certifications/Licensure

• NYS Registered Nurse License.
• BLS Certification.
• Flu vaccine required with no exceptions.
