Job Description
The Registered Nurse in the Ambulatory Care Clinic will support flu pods for Montefiore Associates. This role involves providing high-quality patient-centered care in an outpatient setting and efficient management of clinical tasks.
Responsibilities
- Administer vaccinations and flu-related care to patients.
- Document patient information accurately in the EPIC charting system.
- Manage patient flow and ensure effective communication among healthcare team members.
- Provide patient education regarding flu prevention and vaccinations.
Required Experience
- Current New York State RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Certifications/Licensure
- New York State RN License required.
- BLS certification required.
- Flu vaccine required with no exceptions.
