Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU). The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality patient care and support in a fast-paced critical care environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient status and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient care accurately and timely in the electronic health record.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
• Participate in training and orientation programs as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 12 months of permanent nursing experience in the specialty applying for.
• Active Ohio RN license or compact state license required.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS are mandatory.
• One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required.
