CVICU Registered Nurse (RN) - 12-Hour Night Shift

Location

Located between Denver and Grand Junction on the I-70 Corridor.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

12-hour night shift (1900 - 0730) including weekend rotation; must agree to be in the call rotation.

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) specialized in CVICU to provide high-quality care and support in a Community Hospital setting. RNs will also cover CCU as needed, ensuring comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent patient care in the CVICU and CCU settings.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated patient care.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required for staffing needs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Strong CVICU skills with Day 0 CVICU experience.
• Current Colorado RN license in good standing.
• BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 3 years of RN critical care experience.
• Mandatory flu vaccination from October 1st through April 1st; no declinations accepted.
