Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with after-hours on-call requirements.
Job Description
The Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Cath Lab will provide pre, intra, and post-care for cardiac patients. The unit features 2 labs and 5 patient bays, with a current staffing of 2 Full-Time RNs and 5 Full-Time RCIS professionals. The documentation system used is Meditech.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care for cardiac patients throughout all phases of their treatment.
- Collaborate with the Cardiac team to ensure the best patient outcomes during procedures.
- Assist in various cath lab procedures, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Required Experience
- Previous experience in Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology is required.
Certifications/Licensure
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
