Floating requirement: Floating is part of the role, which may occur pre-shift, mid-shift, or several times during a shift.
Job Description
The Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Cath Lab will provide care to patients undergoing cardiac procedures. The nurse will be responsible for monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patients during cardiac procedures.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the cardiac process.
Required Experience
Experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or related nursing specialty is required.
Certifications/Licensure
Current RN license is required. Flu and COVID vaccination is also required, but medical and religious declinations are accepted.
