Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday. On-call rotating requirements for weekends.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our Cardiac Cath Lab. The successful candidate will work as part of a dedicated team, focusing on conducting various cardiac procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and collaborating with fellow healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cardiac diagnostic procedures, including PCI and electrophysiology studies.
• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing various diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac procedures.
• Monitor and manage patients’ conditions before, during, and after procedures.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective patient care.
• Maintain knowledge of and adherence to safety protocols and unit guidelines.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• Previous experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab is essential.
• Familiarity with EMR Meditech is preferred.
