Job Description

The Registered Nurse in Behavioral Health will play a crucial role in providing care to patients within the behavioral health unit. The position demands a compassionate and skilled approach to nursing, aiming to help individuals in navigating their mental health challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care to individuals experiencing mental health issues.
• Perform assessments, develop care plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive treatment.
• Document patient care accurately in compliance with health regulations.

Required Experience

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona.
• Experience in behavioral health nursing preferred.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current RN license in Arizona.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
