Job Description

As a Registered Nurse in the Telemetry/PCU unit, you will provide critical care for a cardiac patient population. The facility is equipped with advanced technology and offers specialized cardiac services, including post-operative care for procedures such as cardiac catheterizations and open-heart surgeries.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient conditions, focusing on the cardiac population.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient information and progress accurately in the electronic health record (EHR).

Required Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with a focus on cardiac care preferred.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
