Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our CVICU unit. This position requires a minimum of two years of relevant experience, particularly in critical care settings. The nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our adult and geriatric populations, including those with complex diagnoses such as STEMI, NSTEMI, sepsis, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the CVICU.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and manage IV lines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in patient and family education regarding health management and discharge planning.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of CVICU nursing experience.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIH.
• Experience with intermediate care units and emergency department holding is preferred.
