Job Description
The Radiologic Technologist will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using X-Ray equipment. The position requires direct patient interaction and a focus on providing high-quality images for review by physicians.
Responsibilities
- Perform X-Ray examinations in accordance with established protocols.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
- Maintain and operate imaging equipment effectively.
- Document patient information and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of current X-Ray experience.
- Experience with Level 1 trauma hospitals is strongly preferred.
- Previous or current travel experience is strongly preferred.
Certifications/Licensure
- Active New York State license (NYS) ARRT (R).
- Active ARRT (BR) certification.
- Active American Heart Association BLS certification.
