ARMStaffing is looking for a Radiologic Technologist, X-ray (Day Shift) in Berlin, Vermont.

This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule/Shift
The position primarily involves 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, working Thursday or Friday and then Saturday and Sunday. There is no self-scheduling, and on weekends, there will be rotation between 5 techs for coverage from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Job Description
The Radiology Unit at Central Vermont Medical Center is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join their team. This role involves performing X-ray procedures on a diverse patient population ranging from newborns to elderly patients. The ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of radiological equipment including Philips, Canon, Carestream, and OEC C-arms.
Responsibilities
- Perform X-ray procedures according to established protocols.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide quality patient care.
- Utilize the Epic Radiant documentation system for accurate record-keeping.
- Float between various areas as needed based on department needs.
- Participate in on-call rotations and holiday coverage as required.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
- 2 years of experience specifically in the X-ray specialty required.
- Experience with OR cases, fluoroscopy, and C-Arm procedures.
- Epic experience within the past 2 years is mandatory.
Certifications/Licensure
- ARRT certification is required.
- BLS certification preferred.
