Job Description
As a Radiation Therapy Technologist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality radiation treatments to patients, operating Varian Truebeam equipment, and managing patient files within the EPIC and ARIA documentation systems. You will work in a collaborative environment focused on patient care and ensuring safety standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Administer radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist in patient setup and positioning for treatment.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment data using EPIC and ARIA systems.
- Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment, specifically Varian Truebeam.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards in radiation therapy.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiation Therapy Technologist.
- Specific experience with Varian Truebeam systems is required.
Certifications/Licensure
- ARRT certification is required.
- Professional state license is required.
