Job Description
The MRI Technologist will be responsible for performing high-quality MRI scans for various patient populations. The unit comprises two MRI scanners, a GE 1.5T and a Siemens 3T, supported by a dedicated team of four technologists during the day shift. The candidate will utilize the Meditech EMR system and contribute to a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform MRI scans as independently required.
- Work closely with the radiology team to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Document patient information and scan results in the electronic medical record system.
Required Experience
- ARRT (MR) certification.
- At least 6 months of MRI Technologist experience.
- IV skills.
Certifications/Licensure
- ARRT (MR) certification is required.
