Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in general nursing practices and be able to provide quality patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support to individuals of various age groups.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Document patient care and communicate effectively with team members and families.
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Monitor vital signs and report any significant changes to the medical team.
Required Experience
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in an acute care setting.
Certifications / Licensure
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in relevant state.
- BLS certification required.
