ARMStaffing is looking for a CT Technologist, Radiology (Night Shift) in Carlsbad, New Mexico.

Schedule/Shift
Night shift from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, working Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday. Call is required for 4 days each month.
Job Description
The CT Technologist is responsible for providing professional, accurate, and timely diagnostic CT examinations as prescribed by the referring physician. This includes performing CT scans of diverse anatomical regions and conducting necessary procedures to ensure high-quality images for radiological interpretation. The position requires compliance with established policies and procedures, as well as caring for patients undergoing these diagnostic procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine diagnostic CT scans, including head, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen, pelvis, and extremities.
- Participate in biopsy and drainage procedures as required.
- Process CT system studies with or without contrast media, adhering to best practices.
- Ensure adherence to surgical and sterile procedures during imaging in OR settings.
- Provide care and support to patients during CT examinations.
- Maintain and operate imaging equipment including Canon, Toshiba, Carestream, and GE systems.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist.
Certifications/Licensure
- ARRT certification in CT is required.
- Valid New Mexico state license as a General Radiographer is required.
- CT and X-ray experience is required.
