Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care and support in a dynamic healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting registered nurses and other healthcare professionals in delivering patient care, performing medical procedures, and ensuring that patients are comfortable and safe during their stay.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications as prescribed by the physician.
- Assist with patient assessments and care planning.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and overall health status.
- Provide personal care and support with daily activities.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans and treatment options.
Required Experience
At least one year of experience in a clinical setting is required.
Certifications / Licensure
Current LPN license is required.
