Job Description
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing and monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver quality care.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and care for patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Document patient care activities and communicate effectively with team members.
- Educate patients and families regarding health management and treatment plans.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
Certifications / Licensure
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- BLS certification required.
