Radiologic Technologist (CT/XR)

Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

Job Description

The Radiologic Technologist will perform radiographic examinations for diagnostic interpretation while ensuring patient safety and comfort. This role requires exercising professional judgment and adhering to safety protocols in accordance with departmental policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide radiographic examination of all body parts for diagnostic interpretation.
• Maintain patient records and files accurately.
• Assume responsibility for the departmental quality assurance program.
• Pursue continuing education to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Transfer patients to and from radiology safely.
• Assist with the general hygiene of both the department and self.
• Take call and report to work within 20 minutes when required.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Completion of a CT/XR training program.
• Current ARRT certification in Radiography (CT, XR).
• A minimum of 1 year experience in a relevant role.
