Shift: 6:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Monday to Wednesday

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CT Technologist to provide high-quality imaging services. The ideal candidate will be capable of performing CT scans independently, specifically for ER patients, and must exclude special procedures such as virtual colonoscopies and cardiac scans. The position requires primary responsibility during the midnight shift from 10 PM to 7 AM, with assistance from an imaging aide for patient transport.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform a variety of CT scans, focusing on emergency room cases.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports of procedures performed.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist.
• Certification through ARRT and a valid NYS License.
• NY State License to inject contrast media.
• Current CPR certification.
