8-hour Day Shift, from 07:00 AM to 03:00 PM.

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will provide outpatient therapy services to patients in Beavercreek, Ohio, with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week. The candidate will be expected to see an average of 12-14 patients per day, including double-booked follow-up visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records.

Required Experience

Outpatient experience is preferred. New graduates will not be accepted.

Certifications/Licensure

A valid Physical Therapist license is required to practice in Ohio.
