Day Shift, 08:00-16:30 with rotating weekends.
Job Description
The Physical Therapist will provide skilled therapy to patients in the 23-bed Rehab Unit. The therapist will work with various levels of patients and document their progress in the EMR system Meditech, transitioning to Meditech Expanse on 5/14.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients in inpatient rehabilitation.
- Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities as a part of rehabilitation programs.
- Document patient progress accurately in the EMR system.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Required Experience
- Current Texas Physical Therapy license.
- CPR certification.
- Experience in inpatient rehab settings.
Certifications/Licensure
- Physical Therapy License in Texas.
- Current CPR certification.
