Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Medical-Surgical department. The ideal candidate will display strong clinical skills and the ability to care for patients with various needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Medical-Surgical setting.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Required Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting.
Certifications / Licensure
Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of practice, BLS certification required.
