Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and emergency interventions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary.
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
Required Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital environment.
Certifications / Licensure
Current RN license is required. BLS certification is also mandatory.
