Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in an acute rehab setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Document patient care accurately using the Cerner EMR system.
Required Experience
- Previous inpatient experience in IRF, Acute Care, or Skilled Nursing Facility.
Certifications / Licensure
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Rhode Island.
