Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist specializing in lymphedema care. In this role, you will evaluate patients with lymphedema and related conditions and administer Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT). You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and educate patients on treatment and prevention strategies.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with lymphedema and related conditions.
• Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT), including Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and compression bandaging.
• Fit patients with compression garments.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and skin care education.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home management and prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Required Experience

Extensive experience treating patients with lymphedema is required.

Certifications / Licensure

• License as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Pennsylvania is required.
• Certification in Lymphedema Therapy from an accredited program (e.g., CLT or equivalent) is required.
