Physical Therapist - Inpatient and Outpatient Clinic

Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Job Description
The Physical Therapist manages a hospital-based inpatient and outpatient physical therapy clinic. This role demonstrates a commitment to corporate pillars of excellence including patient-centered care, employee focus, Alaska Native workforce development, community satisfaction, and financial viability. The Physical Therapist provides patient care as needed with skilled evaluations and treatment plans while supporting medical staff and participating in interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services.
- Provide physical therapy evaluations and establish treatment plans.
- Optimize department revenue streams and manage expenses.
- Coordinate orthopedic specialty field clinic operations including referrals.
- Promote a team atmosphere and support staff professional development.
- Ensure compliance with corporate, state, and federal guidelines.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Minimum Experience: Four (4) years active, full-time patient care experience. Previous managerial experience preferred.
- Current licensure in good standing as a Physical Therapist in Alaska.
