Job Description

Join Kindred Hospital South Bay as an Occupational Therapist. Located in Gardena, CA, this opportunity offers the chance to work in a Long-Term Acute Care setting. You will engage with patients requiring rehabilitation services, focusing on developing treatment plans and implementing therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to assist patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience

Acute care experience is preferred.

Certifications/Licensure

Current Occupational Therapist licensure required.
