Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide therapy services to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings at a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital. The Occupational Therapist will work in various units including Med/Surg, Orthopedics, and Cardiac Cath Lab and may be involved with both COVID and non-COVID patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide education and advice for patients and their families on therapeutic techniques.

Required Experience

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist.

Certifications / Licensure

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current state Occupational Therapy certification/license.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certification.
• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy certification preferred.
• AOTA and OTAC membership preferred.
