Available shifts include 8, 10, and 12-hour day shifts. The mapped shift is the 12-hour day shift from 07:00 to 19:00.
Job Description
This role involves providing direct patient care in a clinic/outpatient setting. The LPN will be responsible for assisting with various clinical procedures, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care. The position requires the use of EPIC for charting patient information.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
- Assist in various clinical procedures as needed.
- Document patient care and clinical interventions in EPIC.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to support patient needs.
Required Experience
No prior experience is specifically required, but relevant clinical experience in an outpatient setting is preferred.
Certifications/Licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC is required.
- Current licensure to practice as an LPN required.
