Laboratory Generalist - Chemistry, Hematology, and Blood Bank Experience

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Generalist with expertise in Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, and Urinalysis. A strong background in Blood Bank procedures is preferred for potential coverage. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of hospital clinical laboratory experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory tests in Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, and Urinalysis.
- Utilize Beckman Coulter Automation Line for Chemistry and Hematology tests.
- Ensure quality control and assurance in all laboratory procedures.
- Report and interpret test results accurately.
- Adhere to safety and hazardous materials protocols.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 4 years of clinical laboratory experience required.
- ASCP-MLT Certification preferred; ASCP-MLS or ASCP MT certification accepted.
- Strong Blood Bank background preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience with Beckman, Iris Urinalysis, and Stago Coagulation instrumentation is advantageous.
