7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 4 ten-hour shifts with rotating call during weekdays.

Job Description

Join our dynamic team in the Cardiac Cath Lab at HCA Florida Ocala Hospital, where you will work in a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to providing high-quality cardiovascular care. As a Cath Lab Tech, you will assist in performing both diagnostic and interventional procedures, including right and left heart catheterizations and peripheral procedures, using advanced equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with invasive procedures in the cardiac cath lab.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Utilize advanced equipment such as GE lab, Impella, Balloon pump, Penumbra, and IVUS.
• Maintain precise documentation of procedures using the Merge Hemo documentation system.
• Participate in call rotation to provide timely responses for STEMI cases.

Required Experience

A minimum of 2 years of cath lab experience is required. Applicants must possess RCIS certification and current ACLS/BLS certifications.

Certifications/Licensure

• RCIS certification required.
• Current ACLS/BLS certification required.
