Senior Full-Stack Engineer - Data Visualization, Analytics & AI Armada Recovery | Advanced Healthcare Analytics & AI Platform About the Opportunity Armada Recovery is developing an advanced, AI-powered operations intelligence platform that transforms complex clinical, operational, and financial data into meaningful insights and better management decisions. The platform is already live, with an established codebase, design system, and an ambitious development roadmap. We are looking for an exceptional Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help lead its next stage of development, combining sophisticated software engineering, beautiful data visualization, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence. AI is central to how we build. We use Claude Code and a coordinated team of specialized AI agents for product planning, software development, data analysis, design, and quality assurance. We're seeking an engineer who can thrive in this environment - someone who knows how to orchestrate AI agents, challenge and improve their work, and turn AI-assisted development into exceptional production software. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of full-stack engineering, data science, product design, and AI-native development. What You'll Do Build Exceptional Software

• Develop and enhance a sophisticated analytics application using React, TypeScript, Python, and SQL.
• Create intuitive, interactive dashboards, advanced data tables, visual workflows, and seamless drill-down experiences.
• Own technical architecture, performance, code quality, and production reliability.

Create Outstanding Data Visualizations

• Build beautiful, highly interactive charts and dashboards using D3.js, ECharts, visx, or similar technologies.
• Translate complex datasets, trends, and forecasts into compelling visual experiences.
• Combine strong UI/UX judgment with advanced frontend engineering to create a premium enterprise software experience.

Develop Intelligent Analytics

• Work with complex datasets, statistical analysis, forecasting, predictive modeling, and scenario simulations.
• Develop reliable data pipelines and analytical models.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and traceability across the platform.

Lead AI-Native Development

• Work extensively with Claude Code, AI coding agents, and agent-based development workflows.
• Coordinate specialized AI agents to accelerate engineering, analysis, design, and testing.
• Review and improve AI-generated code, architectural decisions, and analytical models.
• Integrate LLM-powered features, intelligent insights, and conversational analytics into the product.
• Establish effective workflows that combine AI development speed with rigorous engineering standards.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience, ideally building SaaS, enterprise analytics, or data-intensive applications.
• Expert-level React and TypeScript, with strong Python and SQL skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build sophisticated, visually polished, interactive dashboards and data visualizations.
• Experience with D3.js, ECharts, visx, Highcharts, or comparable visualization libraries.
• Strong understanding of statistics, data modeling, forecasting, and analytical problem-solving.
• Experience with backend development, APIs, databases, and data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Cursor, or comparable AI coding agents, including agent-assisted software development.
• Experience integrating LLMs, tool calling, and AI-powered application features.
• Excellent visual design judgment, technical ownership, and communication skills.

Especially Valuable

• Experience building business intelligence, financial analytics, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Data science and machine learning experience, including Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience developing multi-agent AI workflows or orchestrating specialized coding agents.
• Healthcare technology experience.
• Cloud infrastructure, security, and production deployment experience.
