Role Description: The Copier Service Technician is a full-time hybrid role based in West Seneca, NY, with some work-from-home tasks acceptable for administrative and scheduling responsibilities. On a typical day, the technician will travel to customer locations to install, maintain, and repair Canon copiers, facsimiles, digital presses, and printers, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. The role includes diagnosing technical issues, performing preventative maintenance, replacing parts, updating firmware, and documenting service activities accurately. The technician will communicate with customers to explain issues and solutions, provide basic equipment training, and coordinate follow-up service as needed. Collaboration with the service team and adherence to safety and company standards are essential. We also provide a service vehicle.
