Test Prep - Instructors

Job Summary:

• Test Prep instructors may include NMSQT test prep, which may happen before school. It is mainly for ACT Test prep that will happen mainly between January and April. Prep will mainly happen after school, but there may be opportunities for test prep during lunch periods or in the morning. Sometimes we offer some support through Zoom.
• Curriculum is established.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruction: Use curriculum to help teach test strategies.
• Help administer practice tests.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
• Proficiency in creating and delivering effective lesson plans.

Reports To: Assistant Principal of Teaching and Learning Employment Type: Part-Time (Extra Duty)

Compensation: The pay is Extra Time Pay in compliance with CBA: Teachers Union Contract
