Model Bartender

The Model Bartender services AREA15's event venues, including Asylum Bar & Arcade, Bullseye Social, and more, delivering beverage service during daily operations as well as private events, buyouts, and group bookings. The Model Bartender is responsible for ensuring excellent visitor service standards are met while staying in compliance with all applicable SNHD requirements. The ideal candidate has experience in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and can demonstrate strong communication skills. The Model Bartender should have extensive knowledge of all aspects of bartending, from fundamentals to crafting drinks, and is responsible for upholding the highest of AREA15's standards at all times. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Must maintain an attractive image to align and further the overall theme of the venues.
• Pose for pictures modeling uniform or designated (logo) apparel for promotional activities.
• Participate and dress up in costumes for events, movie showings, and/or themed parties.
• Participate and appear in marketing, publicity, or media materials, modeling apparel and promoting venue.
• Consistently deliver exceptional service to every visitor while interacting in a professional manner, maintaining dialogue with all visitors while upholding a warm, positive, and friendly persona always.
• Set up bar for full operation; ensure all supplies, product, and tools are fully ready for operations.
• Ability to initiate and maintain an upbeat environment on a consistent basis.
• Flexibility to perform other job-related tasks as deemed necessary by management.
• Mixing and serving beverages to visitors adhering to the department policies and procedures.
• Possess thorough knowledge of each venue's theme, menu offerings, and event beverage packages.
• Execute beverage service for private events, buyouts, and group bookings according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), including hosted bars, drink tickets, and custom package specifications.
• Prepare and set up event-specific bars and stations in advance of scheduled events to ensure on-time service.
• Prepare and present signature and custom event cocktails according to recipes and presentation standards
• Accurately track beverage consumption during hosted and package events to support accurate client billing.
• Consistently maintain a well-groomed appearance, posture, and hygiene in accordance with company policy.
• Handle transactions at the point-of-sale system accurately.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation in accordance with SNHD standards.
• Provide an accurate inventory count of product prior to and at the end of every shift and event.
• Requires the ability to follow instructions and work within a team environment.
• Always communicate effectively with all levels of employees, visitors, and event clients. Ability to work as a team, stay organized, handle various projects at one time, follow up, and make the best judgment call when needed.
• Coordinate with Event Operations, event coordinators, and on-site client contacts to support event timelines, guest counts, and service flow.
• Be a brand advocate by providing visitors with accurate information regarding our venues, event offerings, menus, and pricing.
• Monitor potentially intoxicated and/or disruptive guests and promptly bring to a manager's attention.
• Respond to guest concerns/complaints and correct errors or resolve complaints with a positive attitude.
• Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards.
• Demonstrate ART! (AREA15's service standards) in every guest interaction.
• Adhere to department and company policies and procedures.
• Work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
