Quality Control Repair Technician

11 - 180840 al A manufacturing company is offering an immediate, full-time position for an individual who can troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronic equipment, use basic hand tools, read schematics and blueprints. This is a first shift position working 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Job Responsibilities: - Perform electrical/electronic circuitry and function - Troubleshoot electrical/electronic devices - Use basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, drills, voltage meters, etc. - Read electrical schematics and basic blueprints - Follow assembly and wiring standards and processes - Perform work and check to comply with company standards for quality - Exercise safe work habits and maintain a clean and safe working area Job Qualifications: - Must have a basic understand of electrical/electronic circuitry and function - A basic understanding of troubleshooting electrical/electronic devices is required - Must have experience using screwdrivers drills, voltage meters, and other hand tools - Must have the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and basic blueprints - Experience with Networking and Program Downloading and Installation, as well as, Microsoft Office and Excel is a plus - Must be able to follow all assembly and wire standards and processes and check work to comply with company standards for quality - **Must have the ability to follow safety rules and maintain a clean and safe working area ** Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered. ? **Area Temps still believes that the best way to serve both our employees and our customers is through personal service.
