Production Worker - First/Third Shifts

We have an immediate need for a Production Worker to fill openings on first and third shifts.

Job Duties:

• Partial set-up and mixing of compounds to predetermine specifications
• Read and understand specification sheets
• Set up and maintain production pace and set up and weigh oils required to run each compound
• Document all material and compound traceability
• Consistent heavy lifting, occasionally exceeding 50 pounds
• **Periodically transport products using a lift truck **

Qualifications:

• Factory or Manufacturing experience is preferred
• Must be able to perform set ups
• Must have the ability to read and understand specification sheets
• The ability to operate a lift truck to transport products is needed
• Must be able to accurately document all material and compound traceability
• Must be comfortable standing all day in a fast-paced, extremely dirty, dusty, and noisy environment
• Must have steel toed footwear
• Must be safety-conscious, must be extremely reliable, and able to follow strict attendance policy

Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered. Training will be provided on lift truck if needed.
