Customer Equipment Services Representative

Role Description:

Direct responsibility for customer base, usually 10 locations, within a geographical territory. Ensure Customer Satisfaction is achieved by delivery of exceptional equipment service

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Ardagh Metal Packaging’s customers with an expert, professional resource for resolution of mechanical problems related to can double seam equipment.
• Ensure customers, as a double seam authority, run Ardagh Metal Packaging’s products within established guidelines for optimal double seam performance.
• Assist Ardagh Metal Packaging’s customers in establishing programs in the repair and maintenance of double seam equipment.
• Act as a resource for Ardagh Metal Packaging for qualification of AMP material and in resolution of field problems.

Requirements:

• Associate degree, trade school or significant experience in the field at a minimum.
• Strong mechanical skills and ability to work through complex problems.
• Strong communication skills that span various levels of management both with customers and Ardagh Metal Packaging.
• Self starter with initiative, integrity and an ability to develop relationships with customer personnel.

The anticipated base annual salary range for this role is between $87,600.00 and $131,400.00 per year. This role is bonus eligible. The bonus incentive program is based on the company meeting or exceeding certain targets. Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate and is only applicable for roles that are based out of Illinois. The final salary will be determined after considering relevant factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and work location, where appropriate.
