Oversee systems engineering and integration of enterprise data capabilities, including data models, catalogs, metadata, provenance, lineage, and lifecycle management.
Coordinate cross-program dependencies, interfaces, and priorities to identify capability gaps, mitigate risks, and advance enterprise-wide solutions.
Evaluate technical and programmatic performance against cost, schedule, and mission objectives; provide assessments, trade studies, and recommendations to Government leadership.

Experience translating enterprise strategies and mission requirements into technical architectures, executable implementation plans, and acquisition activities.
Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture, governance, metadata management, data lifecycle, and interoperability across distributed systems.
Experience supporting acquisition planning, technical evaluations, and management of scope, cost, schedule, performance, and program risk.
Demonstrated ability to assess complex technical alternatives, communicate tradeoffs, and provide strategic recommendations to senior Government stakeholders.
