Key Responsibilities

• Manage district finances to increase sales and profitability
• Lead, coach, and support Restaurant General Managers across your district
• Create targeted sales-building plans tailored for each restaurant
• Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures
• Oversee smooth restaurant operations and maintain brand standards

Qualifications

• 4+ years of quick-service restaurant management experience
• Proven track record supervising General Managers across 4–10 locations
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s or master’s preferred
• Skilled in building and executing sales strategies
• Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
• Ability to meet the physical demands of restaurant management
• ServSafe certification preferred or required depending on location
