Arby's Shift Manager

Pay: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour, based on experience | Full-time What you'll do

• Lead shifts of up to 8 team members: assign positions, coach, and keep service moving
• Make sure food safety, cleanliness and quality standards are met every shift
• Handle cash: opening and closing registers, deposits, and resolving shortages
• Help with inventory counts, ordering, and food and labor cost control
• Train new team members and support their development
• Resolve guest concerns professionally
• Follow company policy and all wage-and-hour and labor laws, including breaks and minor work rules
• Other duties as assigned

What we're looking for

• 1+ year of restaurant or food-service experience; supervisory experience preferred
• ServSafe certification is a plus (we'll help you get certified)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Availability for opening, closing, weekend and holiday shifts

Physical requirements

• Able to stand and walk for a full shift
• Able to lift and carry 40–50 lbs
• Able to work around hot equipment and cleaning chemicals
