Warehouse Loan Operations Associate Hybrid

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Warehouse Loan Operations Associate for a Hybrid position with a Global Investment and Advisory Firm located in New York, NY. This is a direct hire opportunity.This role supports critical warehouse lending functions within Structured Products, focusing on operational execution and day-to-day transaction support. The ideal candidate will manage loan closing processes, agent relationships, and transaction workflows in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Responsibilities: * Execute loan closing processes and settlement activities * Process and validate draw requests, including borrowing base calculations and covenant compliance * Coordinate with legal counsel on borrowing conditions precedent * Support loan settlement funding and reconciliation * Manage trade settlement flows, platform reconciliations, and remediation of breaks * Coordinate with Administrative Agents on reporting requirements and portfolio performance data * Work with Paying Agents to process waterfall distributions and ensure transaction document compliance * Assist in resolving agent-related issues and discrepancies, escalating as needed * Administer loan system data and maintain accurate records * Execute complex wire instructions and payment waterfalls * Prepare investor reporting and compliance documentation * Help maintain and document operational procedures * Partner with Warehouse Origination, Portfolio Management, Ops/Treasury, Finance, Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams * Reconcile and process third-party invoicingRequirements: * Bachelor's degree * 3-5 years of hands-on experience in loan closing and structured finance operations * Proven track record in warehouse lending or asset-backed finance * Understanding of structured finance mechanics, borrowing base structures, and waterfall calculations * Proficiency with ClearPar or comparable loan management system * Experience with virtual data room administration * Expert-level Microsoft Excel and Access skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Team-oriented with ability to collaborate across functions * Comfortable in high-pressure, fast-paced environments * Excellent multi-tasking and organizational abilities * Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skillsDesired skills: * Basic familiarity with Bloomberg terminal Salarry range: up to $150,000 per yearOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, apply today!Aptask Global Workforce (AGW)ApTask Global Workforce (AGW) is a certified Minority and Veteran workforce solutions company.
