We are seeking a detail-oriented Policy Administration Assistant to support administrative and documentation activities within our insurance operations team.

This role is responsible for reviewing policy documentation for completeness, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in agency management systems, and assisting with a variety of administrative and coordination tasks. The position is highly process-driven and requires strong attention to detail, organization, and consistency.

The ideal candidate is dependable, methodical, and comfortable working with structured tasks and documentation.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or associate’s degree (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in administrative support or office environment.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar tools).
• Familiarity with database or system entry.
• Experience handling documentation or records.
