  • Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions with agency stakeholders to understand their requirements and determine the appropriate consulting and/or services engagement
  • Design end-to-end professional services project scopes and develop comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs) that accurately define project boundaries, deliverables, timelines and the specific level of effort required from our services team
  • Identify pre-sales blind spots to support appropriate resource allocation and reduce scope creep
  • Effectively and confidently present project methodology, project scope, phases, timelines and cost to executive-level stakeholders to secure buy-in and ensure organizational readiness
  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Implementation, Data and Solution Services to ensure a seamless handoff to ensure the delivery aligns with the pre-sold vision
  • In scenarios requiring a custom or creative solution, collaborate early with Services to validate customer requests
  • Collaborate regularly with Sales to identify opportunities for additional services for both new and existing customers
  • Serve as a key team member on assigned M&A Programs to confirm appropriateness of services required for successful data migrations

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years experience in Professional Services or Consulting, specifically in managing or scoping complex software implementations
  • 5+ years experience in the insurance industry with domain knowledge of insurance agency workflows, allowing you to anticipate customer needs and offer collaborative and expert guidance
  • Strong attention to detail to enable you to accurately estimate effort and develop reliable project timelines and budgets
  • Ability to translate complex projects into clear, actionable, phased implementation plans.
  • Demonstrated interest and aptitude in AI tools with a mindset toward leveraging technology to improve workflows and reduce manual effort
  • Experience with API's, database technology, data warehousing concepts, and integration strategy
  • Technical writing skills
  • Strong active listening and interpersonal communication
  • Ability to tactfully challenge unrealistic client expectations and guide stakeholders toward the most effective project approach
  • Prioritization skills to ensure timely deliverables and responses
  • Familiarity with Applied products is a significant plus
  • Experience in consultative selling is also an advantage
