Process Engineer

JOB REQUIREMENTS: As a Process Engineer, you will: Engineer and maintain production methods, finishing processes, and equipment Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, purchasing, planning, and maintenance teams Identify improvements in safety, quality, throughput, and cost Implement process changes and update operational standards Evaluate vendor proposals for new equipment Select and implement manufacturing processes that support competitive production Optimize current and new processes using continuous improvement Partner with production and maintenance to ensure equipment operates in like-new condition Perform time studies and support process development including visual work instructions Provide production support and troubleshoot process issues Reduce scrap, rework, cycle time, and other cost drivers Specify tools, jigs, and fixtures Coordinate projects and support daily troubleshooting Participate in Kaizen events Collaborate with suppliers and Applied partners across the Fox Valley, Wisconsin, to strengthen manufacturing performance Support projects that impact communities in Ripon, Fond du Lac, Oshkosh, Neenah, Menasha, Appleton, Berlin, Green Lake, Princeton, Waupun, Rosendale, North Fond du Lac, Winneconne, Omro, Markesan, and Brandon Contribute to a dynamic environment that values ownership, innovation, and hands-on problem solving ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering required 3+ years of experience in manufacturing process improvement or industrial processes Hands-on production-floor experience in a fast-moving environment Ability to lead projects and manage multiple priorities Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to document complex processes Proficient with Microsoft Office Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing, capability studies, process mapping, FMEA, and root cause analysis preferred Experience with 3D modeling or CAD software such as Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar preferred Experience in manual or semi-manual production environments (not fully automated facilities) strongly preferred Capable of working independently and as a team member ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply Online: www.go-applied.com/careers/openings/
