Part time warehouse worker

Applied Business Communications (ABcom) is seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Warehouse Worker to support our inventory management and distribution operations. This position plays a key role in receiving, storing, and shipping materials and equipment related to our low voltage and structured cabling projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to follow safety protocols, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments
• Pick, pack, and prepare materials for shipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts if certified
• Ensure the warehouse area is clean, organized, and complies with safety standards

Qualifications:

• Prior warehouse or inventory experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
• Forklift certification is a plus but not required
• Ability to work part-time hours with some flexibility
