The Apple Channel Sales Program team is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated leader who can drive change for Apple Channel’s global supply chain. The Supply Chain Program Manager plays a critical role in enhancing the customer experience in Channel stores by developing and managing global strategies, owning the field team’s ordering platform and develop and execute end-to-end demand and supply plans.

Success in this role is defined by measurable results in fill rate, cost efficiency, and vendor performance. You will own the metrics, report on them to leadership, and be accountable for improving them over time.

Description Define and set global strategy for Apple Channel’s Brand Advocate Program, which helps Apple deliver an exceptional customer experience, and collaborate with key stakeholders to implement strategy and monitor performance. Own and manage the ordering platform experience for Channel Maintenance and NSO programs - triaging data issues and partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve them while developing a roadmap for future enhancements. Plan and analyze demand, inventory, and usage for the maintenance program to develop and manage weekly and quarterly supply plans. Serve as the primary point of contact with 3PL vendor, running recurring business reviews, coordinating billing and invoice approvals. Manage sourcing and stocking decisions for security hardware and other maintenance elements - lead time, minimum order quantity, unit cost, and supplier qualification. Manage ancillary retrofits globally, overseeing planning, execution, and timeline adherence across all regions to ensure consistent implementation and minimal disruption to store operations. Resolve back-order and inventory escalations across regions, and support new-region fulfillment rollouts (UAT setup, vendor onboarding, go-live validation). Drive operational excellence and consistency across all regions through the implementation of standard business planning processes and tools. Identify improvement opportunities, marshal resources, and drive projects to completion to achieve targeted measurable benefits.

Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience in supply chain, project management, product planning, production control, and inventory management.

Prior experience managing complex projects including setting goals, meeting tight timelines, and executing roadmap with cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence both internal and external stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications Very high attention to detail. Experience working with 3PL vendors or logistics partners preferred. Familiarity with AI-assisted planning & forecasting tools. BS/BA degree w/ Supply Chain or Operations discipline preferred. Master’s degree a plus.
